Usage & Analytics
App screens visited, feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics (via Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics).
Card Collection Data
Catalog entries (card IDs, ownership status, notes) and any images you upload.
Third-Party Integrations
Public pricing data from eBay API (no eBay credentials stored).
OCR via Google Cloud Vision; AI summaries via OpenAI.
Device & Technical Data
Device type, OS version, app version, and IP address.
Cookies & Tracking (Website)
We use essential cookies for session management and Firebase Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Data
Deliver core features: catalog management, pricing comps, alerts.
Communicate updates, support messages, and policy changes.
Analyze trends to improve the app.
Secure our systems and prevent abuse.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data. We share only with:
Service Providers: Firebase, Google Cloud Vision, OpenAI, and future payment processors (Stripe/Shopify).
Legal Obligations: To comply with law or valid legal processes.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or acquisition, under equivalent privacy terms.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account and catalog data until you delete your account.
Crash logs and analytics are retained for up to 2 years.
Upon account deletion, all personal and catalog data are permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Security Practices
Access controls and secure cloud storage safeguard your data.
No encryption at rest or in transit beyond standard HTTPS/TLS for network communications.
We maintain an incident response plan to address data breaches promptly.
6. Children’s Privacy
Intended for users 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us for removal.
